The single-chip fully integrated droplet digital PCR independently developed by CAS-Envision is an automated and integrated digital PCR prototype that integrates upgraded droplet generation, PCR amplification, and fluorescence detection. The prototype has been verified by third-party tests that the system can quickly generate and tile more than 20,000 droplet arrays. The droplet size CV value is only 1.1%, and the detection repeatability CV value is only 0.1%. It is effective for samples such as the lung cancer gene Eml4-ALK. The linearity of the test result is as high as 99.95%.
Technical principle
Digital PCR is to distribute the reaction solution containing DNA modules into tens of thousands of individual reaction chamber processes for the amplification reaction and uses Poisson distribution and positive droplet ratio to achieve absolute quantification of nucleic acid molecules.
