Procedure

1. Use swap to collect saliva.
2.Immediately insert the swab into the tube containing dilution buffer, spin the cotton swab on the wall of the test tube forcefully at least 10 times, and mix the solution to release the sample into the sample buffer as much as possible. Squeeze the swab against the tube wall above the liquid level to squeeze out as much liquid as possible. Discard the swab.
3.Unsealed the test device from bag. Put it on flat surface, use dropper to aspirate upper layer clear liquid, add 5 drops slowly to the sample hole with "S" mark.
4. Leave the test device at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes to interpret the result. The result will be invalid after 15 minutes.
