Procedure

1. Collect 0.5-1ml blood, centrifuge at 3000r/min for 3-5min to separate serum. Or left the blood static overnight at 4ºC to separate the serum naturally.
2. Open the foil bag, take out the EP tube. Use micropipetter to take 50ul serum to EP tube, gently blow and strike repeatedly for 5 times or more, let serum completely mixed with reagents in bottom of EP tube.
3. Leave the EP tube static for 10 minutes at room temperature.
4. Add 2 drops dilution buffer to EP tube, (avoid bubble or overdose) Use micropipetter to gently mix the solution. Lay flat the test device and add all the solution in EP tube to the sample hole marked with "s" on test device.
5. There will be wine-red liquid flowing through the result window. Interpret result in 10-15min, the result will be invalid after 15min.
